How it trades

Each market has its own engine with its own settings, magic number and on/off switch.

USDJPY

Forex engine

Breakout stop orders at recent swing highs and lows, five order templates with their own stop loss, take profit and trailing rules.

BTCUSD

Bitcoin engine

The same breakout logic adapted to Bitcoin, trading through the weekend, with a volatility pause when the hourly range gets extreme.

XAUUSD

Gold engine

Breakout stop orders on gold, with lot size scaled to your balance and a cap on the lot per order.

Backtest results

MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester, every tick based on real ticks (Vantage), 1 January 2025 – 28 October 2026, $3,000 starting balance, default settings, all three engines on.

Net profit$105,047
Trades11,932
Max balance drawdown11.1%
Max equity drawdown12.8%

Trades per engine: BTCUSD 7,230 · USDJPY 3,614 · XAUUSD 1,088. Lot sizes grow with the balance (0.01 lot per set amount of balance), so the dollar result depends heavily on compounding. These are simulated backtest results, not live trading. They do not include every real-world cost or condition (slippage, requotes, platform or VPS outages), and past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
